OpenIDEO Method Cards are intended
as inspiration for our team in planning
and strategizing our work to maximize
impact. These cards show some of the
ways OpenIDEO keeps our mission
and vision at the center of our process.
They can help you to plan projects or
just remind you or your team of various
approaches.
Use cases:
1. BD program design: Use in scoping and dreaming, either to reference alone or to use in collaborative workshop with program teams
2. Inspiring client thinking: Use in client kickoff workshop to ground in priorities and define the offering/ethos and how that influences different program components. Pare down by testing a few hypotheses
3. Leadership reflection: PMs and leadership conversations on how resources/focus/intention is being distributed across portfolios and why
